Shrimp salad

From time to time I feel like shrimp, especially since they are very popular in our house. And although I know that it does not compare with the fresh ones from a tourist town by the sea, sometimes it is good to bring in our house a little of the exoticism and the holiday atmosphere. And don't imagine that it's too hard, and the little effort is fully worth it for the feeling of getting out of the routine.

I had a shrimp salad in mind and improvised as I cooked. Here's what came out!

shrimp
1-2 teaspoons of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of sour cream
a handful of green parsley
1-2 tomatoes
1 bell pepper
paine & # 8211 french fries
olive oil

I thawed the shrimp and drained the juice. I put them in a pan over low heat. They leave the juice anyway and will soon boil in their own juice. When they start to boil, add the garlic and sour cream. Bring to a boil and add the green parsley. Stop the fire.

Drain the juicy kernels of the tomatoes with a teaspoon (the sauce is already rich enough!) And cut them into cubes.

Cut into cubes and the bell pepper & # 8211 choose a complementary color, for example yellow.
Stir in shrimp.

It's your choice what you do with the sauce. You can drain it, I preferred to keep it because it is very fragrant.

Cut a few slices of bread and sprinkle with oil. Heat a pan and toast the bread until golden and crispy & # 8211 if you want more garlic you can add garlic.
