Cookie salami recipe

I crushed the biscuits by hand. Separately I put the milk and the sugar to boil, when the sugar dissolved I added cocoa, butter and rum essence mixing well with a whisk. I poured the resulting syrup over the crushed biscuits, mixing well with a spoon. I put the composition on a plastic foil sprinkled with powdered sugar and I rolled it tightly so that there is no air inside. I got cold, and after about an hour you could slice and eat.


Fasting recipe: Peppers stuffed with rice and mushrooms

10-13 medium peppers, 500g rice, 500g mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, a bunch of parsley.

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the onion, cut the mushrooms into cubes, and grate the carrot. The vegetables, in turn, add them in a pan with hot oil, mix and lightly heat them. Add a tablespoon of tomato paste and mix.

Let them cool a bit, then combine them with the washed rice and finely chopped greens. Fill the peppers with this mixture and arrange them in a bowl with the open side up, add water to their level. Let them boil, then cover them with a lid and let them simmer for another 25-30 minutes or until they are ready.

For TABLE: 400-400 gr. popular biscuits (I used about 48 pieces), For CHOCOLATE CREAM :, 1 liter of milk, 3 tablespoons flour, 3 tablespoons food starch, 8-10 tablespoons sugar (as desired), 4-5 tablespoons cocoa depends on cocoa ), & frac12 packet of butter, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar or vanilla essence, 1-2 teaspoons of rum essence (to taste), For DECOR (optional) :, roasted and crushed nuts (and / or caramelized), grated chocolate, candy chocolate

Vegan Biscuit Salami (Fasting)

ingredients

  • 250 gr simple biscuits (popular)
  • 250 gr sugar
  • 100 gr dark chocolate
  • 100 g margarine
  • 50 gr cocoa
  • 100 gr walnut
  • 120 ml coconut milk / water
  • rum essence
  • biscuit
  • vanilla prune sugar

Method of preparation

Put the biscuits in a tray and put them in the hot oven for a few minutes (but without browning them too much). Crush the walnut and fry it in the pan for 2-3 minutes. Put it aside.

Pour the liquid into a saucepan with the sugar. Leave on the fire, stirring gently, until the syrup binds. Then sift the cocoa and mix well so as not to form lumps.

Then put the broken chocolate pieces and margarine. Leave on the fire until you get a creamy liquid. Pour it hot over the broken biscuits.

Flavor with rum essence to taste and place the composition of fasting biscuit salami on a food foil sprinkled with breadcrumbs and vanilla powdered sugar.

Squeeze the ends of the foil and shape the fasting biscuit salami and leave it to cool for a few hours (or overnight) before slicing it.

Ever since I saw this cookie cake at my girlfriend, Loredana Bender a.k.a. Buburuza Bubu, I knew I would make it too. I was drawn to the counter like walnut biscuits — and it made me think of biscuit salami — but what I was most attracted to was the mascarpone cream !! And with chocolate !! So clearly I had to do it! I didn't have mascarpone when I saw Loredana's recipe, but the next day I had the cake ready -)

Ingredients for the cookie sheet:

250g biscuits,
3 pieces of pistachio shit,
150g coarsely chopped walnuts,
50ml espresso coffee,
100g old,
100ml milk,
100g liquid margarine Union,
100g milk chocolate,
100g dark chocolate (50% cocoa),
A round cake shape with removable walls / 20 cm diameter

Cream:

200g mascarpone,
2 yolks,
5 tablespoons sugar,
100g milk chocolate,
100g dark chocolate,
1 sachet of Dr.Oetker gelatin,
300ml Megle liquid cream.

For the top: We break the biscuits into pieces, -I also used cocoa biscuits-, add the walnuts, the finely chopped shit, and mix a little.
Put a saucepan over medium heat and add the milk, Unirea liquid margarine, sugar, milk chocolate and dark chocolate broken into pieces.


Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves and the chocolate melts, then turn off the heat.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes, then add the sauce over the biscuits and mix with a spoon.

Put the composition in the shape of a cake, which we have previously covered with food foil and press the composition with a spoon so that it settles and there are no gaps.

Put the cake in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Cream:
The gelatin is soaked in cold water, according to the instructions on the envelope.
Whip the whipped cream.
Egg yolks mix well with powdered sugar, then add mascarpone and mix well.

Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a bain marie, mix and take the bowl off the bain marie.
Add the gelatin in a thin thread, mix and incorporate the chocolate in the mascarpone cream.
Add whipped cream, mix gently from bottom to top.
Take the cake form out of the fridge and put the cream, level it.

Put the cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours or leave it overnight.
At the time of serving, remove the edges of the form, the food foil and cut the cake into slices.
I decorated it with Raffaello candies and rum truffles.

In the composition of eggs with mascarpone add lukewarm gelatin in a thin thread, then pour the lukewarm chocolate - nothing is hot or hot. Bain-marie involves using two pots: one in which you put boiling water, and another one over the one with boiled water in which you put chocolate. Egg and mascarpone cream is supposed to be cold, closer to room temperature anyway. I've made this cake too many times and it always turned out perfectly -) I wish you success and growth, Maria!

With such a good recipe, let's keep fasting, but I'm sorry that I ended up publishing the recipe so late.
Obviously, this time too, I took the recipe from the wonderful book of the presbyter Garoafa Coman, I also make the "sweet" salami in this way, but if necessary, I add a little more milk and the margarine becomes butter. As for the salami, I promise you that you will not taste another more fragrant and better than this one, even if it is intended for fasting days.

Sausage biscuits


250 gr popular biscuits
250 gr shit
150 gr margarine
250 gr coarsely chopped and fried walnuts
3 tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
grated lemon peel
a lemon or rum essence


Melt the shit cut into small cubes with water, over low heat,


add cocoa, margarine and chopped walnuts,

remove the pan from the heat. In the dough obtained, add the biscuits, crushed as small as possible and the spices.
Pour the cake on a wooden bottom, covered with kitchen cellophane, which was previously covered with powdered sugar, coconut or cocoa.


Roll and shape the cake in the form of a salami, let it cool and serve sliced.


Classic, light biscuit salami recipe

• 1 kg of simple biscuits
• 300 g Turkish shit
• 200 g of sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa
• 100 g raisins
• rum essence
• vanilla sugar
• 200 g white chocolate
• 1 l of water
• 3 tablespoons butter

1. Using a blender, grind 3/4 of the amount of biscuits. We break the rest into pieces.

2. In a bowl, pour the water, add the sugar, cocoa powder and bring the mixture to a boil. After 10 minutes, add the shit cut into pieces and simmer for 5 minutes.

3. In a bowl, mix the ground biscuits with the raisins, margarine, chocolate, vanilla sugar and rum essence. Mix well until smooth.

4. Place the composition on a plastic wrap and form the salami. We put it in the fridge for a few hours.
