Coca-Cola cake

150 ml coca cola

Method of preparation:

Put the composition in a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the toothpick test passes.

In the meantime, you can take care of the icing: put Cola in a pot on the fire until it reaches boiling point. Leave for 15 minutes, or until half of the liquid has evaporated. Add butter, vanilla and mix. Turn off the heat and add the cocoa and powdered sugar.

The icing will have the consistency of a caramel sauce and will harden as it cools. Pour the icing over the cake while it is still hot.


  • 40 grams of butter

  • 60 ml coca cola
  • 400 grams of powdered sugar
