Snow White dessert cake


Rub the yolks a little with salt, oil and sugar. Add the milk and ammonia + baking soda quenched in 3 teaspoons of vinegar and then flour. I was kneading an elastic shell. Let it rest in the cold for 30 minutes.

In the meantime we start the cream; mix the flour with the sugar and a few tablespoons of cold milk. We put the rest of the milk on the fire. When it is close to boiling, put the flour and sugar mixture and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until you get a pudding. Cover with foil to prevent crusting, and allow to cool. We add the soft butter in the cooled pudding, we add the lemon juice and peel to taste (I liked it more sour) and 2-3 sachets of vanilla sugar.

Divide the coca into 3 and spread the sheets as thin as we can. Put the dough on the bottom of the tray, covered with baking paper and bake for 7-10 minutes until lightly browned at the ends. Allow to cool, then fill the sheets with the cream obtained. Put a thick wooden bottom and some weights over the cake until the next day for tenderizing. We cut the cake into squares, rhombuses, triangles ... as we like ... and a powder in abundance with vanilla flavored sugar.

We serve with pleasure next to a cup of coffee.
