Put the composition in the pan, and bake the cake on the right heat, in the preheated oven, for about 60 minutes. Let the cake cool in its tray, then take it out on a plate.

The icing is prepared as follows: lightly beat the egg white with a fork, so that it dissolves a little, but without frothing, add the powdered sugar and mix well until smooth. Add the lemon juice and pour the icing over the cake. Leave it at room temperature until it hardens. If you want the glaze layer to be thicker, prepare a new portion of glaze, which you pour over the cake, after the first layer has hardened well.

Tip: the remaining orange peel, you can keep it in a jar that closes tightly, along with a little sugar. In this way you can use it in other dishes.

Dutch cake preparation method:

Peel an apple, grate it and slice it with 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon. Leave it like this for about an hour (NOT on the fire! Set it aside on the kitchen table).

Even if the apples do not stay on the surface, it is a very tasty and aromatic cake.

Method of preparation:
