I got sick of the biscuit :) What I like about this site is the fact that it challenges you :) Until this contest I hadn't made any kind of biscuits or cookies. :) Thank you guys! : P I was inspired by Lalena. :)

  • 1 jar of 400 gr mixed cherry, strawberry and blueberry jam
  • 140 gr sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 80 ml oil
  • 2 pomegranates

RECIPE PREPARATION Fasting biscuits with jam and pomegranate:


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C and mix in a bowl flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, mix the jam, sugar, grated and partially drained pomegranate seeds, rum essence and oil. Add half of the flour mixture to the jam bowl. Mix with a spoon. Add the rest of the flour in portions. Knead the dough with your hands until a soft, non-sticky dough comes out. We shape dough balls that we flatten and place in a tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Good appetite!

Cream ingredients: 150 g ground walnut kernels, 150 g jam or plum jam, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 35 g margarine for cakes

Method of preparation: We prepare a tray with the size of 20 × 22 cm which we grease with oil and cover it with baking paper. In a bowl put the cold soy milk taken from the refrigerator (or mineral water), oil, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Mix well with a whisk until the sugar melts, then add the flour mixed with the baking powder. Mix well with a whisk until you get a dough with a consistency similar to the cake top and at the end add the Fanta juice, vanilla essence and mix well. The composition is divided into 2 halves. The first half is poured into the tray and the tray is baked for about 10 minutes in the oven heated to 180 °.

In a bowl mix 100 g ground walnuts with jam or jam, add margarine kept at room temperature and vanilla sugar. Mix well until you get a homogeneous cream.

Remove the top after 10 minutes and spread the walnut cream over it, then sprinkle the remaining 50 g of ground walnuts over the cream and pour the other half of the dough composition and bake the tray for about 25-30 minutes.

After it is baked, let the cake cool in the tray, then it can be portioned and served. It can be served powdered with sugar or plain according to everyone's preference.

Lunch: brown rice with vegetables (boil 80 g brown rice, with tomato sauce, carrot, onion, bell pepper, 70 g mushrooms, a teaspoon of grape seed oil)

Dinner: cream soup or clear vegetable shard (not thickened with rice, rantas, potatoes)

Breakfast: a soy yogurt with pieces of walnut + coffee or tea with honey or sweetener

Lunch: green bean meal (200-250 g green beans, tomato sauce, dill, onion, bell pepper, spices)

China: 200 g melon + 200 g raw pineapple

Breakfast: 1 slice of toasted black bread with vegetable pate + coffee or tea with honey or sweetener

Lunch: Green bean salad: 150 & # 8211 200 g green beans pods + 2 baked peppers cut into strips + 1 diced boiled potato (max 175 g) + 4–6 olives + parsley, garlic, balsamic vinegar / lemon, 1 teaspoon grape seed oil, pepper

Breakfast: 2 slices of black bread with honey or jam + coffee or tea with honey or sweetener

Lunch: 1 plate of lobster borscht + stevia + lettuce (no oil, no potatoes) + 200 g polenta

Dinner: 250-300 g baked potatoes (with dill, garlic, spices) + lettuce and arugula with lemon / balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon grape seed oil, chopped greens

For snacks, you can eat a fruit (not sweet fruit)

Over any preparation, you can add lemon juice, vinegar, spices, herbs.

It is forbidden to consume: fats, fried foods, refined cereals, refined sweets, white sugar, carbonated drinks.

We decided that when consolidating we can try to consume jams or jams without sugar. I found several variants of sugar-free jams on the market (generally we find them in the diet products section or for diabetics), but also on various sites.
