As the liver was fresh, it did not take long to prepare lunch.

Add the sliced ​​pork sausage, put it only if you have it, I only used it for the paprika and thyme flavor and continue to simmer the food for another 5 minutes.

The vegetables I used were frozen. I cut the red peppers into cups, the bell peppers were cut into slices before being put in the freezer, I cut the leurda into thicker slices. I put the vegetables, which I did not let them thaw beforehand, in a pan over the others. The hot pepper, I cut it lengthwise, I took out its seeds and ribs, I chopped it finely and I put it in the pan as well. I mixed all the ingredients and left them on high heat for 15 minutes, until the livers were done enough.

I seasoned with salt and pepper and served hot food with homemade bread.
