METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Arrange the biscuits in the bowl of a blender. Chop them until you get some crumbs. Add the melted butter and mix well.
2. Choose a baking dish with a diameter of 22 cm. Grease the form well with butter (both the bottom and the walls). Using a glass, arrange the baked biscuits. Get a uniform edged countertop. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
3. Beat the cream cheese (at room temperature) with the sugar. Add the cream and continue to stir.
4. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes. Boil 0.25 glass of water in a saucepan.
5. Squeeze the gelatin well and dissolve it in hot water. Add the dissolved gelatin to the mixture with cream cheese and cream. Beat using a whisk or mixer.
6. Melt the white chocolate in the steam bath. Mix 1/3 of the white chocolate with the cream cheese.

8. Carefully alternate the layers of chocolate mousse. Let each layer stick to the freezer for 15 minutes. After finishing with the third layer, refrigerate the dessert overnight. Decorate to taste.
Note:If you do not want to put each layer of mousse in the freezer, refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

Today we present you a delicious dessert, chocolate mousse with mascarpone from Delaco.
Start the preparation by melting the chocolate in a bain-marie. Separately, put on the fire the milk with 100g of sugar and cocoa powder. When the sugar has melted, add the melted chocolate and let the mixture cool, but not completely.
When the mixture has cooled, add the mascarpone cheese and mix until you get a homogeneous cream.
For a more elegant look, mount the dessert in glasses of different shapes. Wallpaper the bottom of each glass with three or four broken biscuits in the right pieces and then add the cream obtained. Garnish with the strawberry pieces and leave the dessert in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Serve the chocolate mousse with mascarpone after sitting in the fridge with fresh fruit.
