Rustic potatoes

Heat oil in a double-bottomed saucepan (or pan).

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes.

Dip in hot oil. Allow to simmer, turning brown after 2-3 minutes. When they are browned, add a cup of water and put the lid on the pan, leaving it aside. Leave on low heat, turning occasionally and checking that the water does not drop at all.

10 minutes before it is ready, chop the onion, wash, slices, garlic, clean the slices and add them over the potatoes. Add the dill and paprika and mix lightly, taking care to lightly farm the potatoes. Match the taste of salt and pepper.

When everything is ready, add the bellows cheese and mix.

I served it with grilled pork chop and sour milk.
