We clean and wash the onions and tomatoes, then chop them as small as possible.
We also chop the pepper slices, as small as possible.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seeds, then remove the pulp with a teaspoon from the peel.
Immediately squeeze the lemon juice over the avocado pulp.
Add the hot pepper, onion and tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste and finally the oil.
Mix everything very well and serve the pasta obtained with toast.
