Prepare yeast mayonnaise, 50 g sugar and 100 ml warm water.
Sift the flour into a larger bowl. Add about 1 tablespoon of salt, the rest of the sugar and mix. Then make a hole in the middle and add eggs, margarine and dissolved yeast.
We start to knead, gradually adding warm water until an elastic and non-sticky dough results. At the end, add 50 ml of oil and knead for about 10 minutes, then leaven until it doubles in volume.
We grind the biscuits, then we mix them with cocoa, powdered sugar, rum essence. At the end add the juice and mix.
Divide the dough into 3 equal pieces. Then we take a piece, and put the rest aside.
Grease the work table and the oil twister. Cut the piece in half. Spread the piece of dough, grease it with biscuit cream, sprinkle with shit and raisins. Then we start running and put aside. We do the same with the second piece. After we have rolled both pieces, we start to weave them together.
Place the kneaded dough in a pan greased with oil.
We do the same with the rest of the dough so 3 braided cakes should come out.
After I put them in the tray, I leave them like this for 10 minutes, after which we grease each cake with the beaten egg and sprinkle poppy seeds on top.
Bake until nicely browned. While they are still warm, I greased them with honey.
