We drain the peaches, after they have drained we sprinkle them with cinnamon.
The dough sheet is cut into equal rectangles. (I found ready-cut dough)
We cut the dough inside at 1 cm from the edge.
Mix the apricot jam with a teaspoon of warm water, grease the inner frame with jam and sprinkle with coconut, then place the peaches cut into four or slices and grease them with apricot jam.
Place the rectangles in a tray lined with baking paper and place the tray in the hot oven for 20-30 minutes. After they cooled, sprinkle them with sugar.
Mix eggs with sugar, vanilla, lemon peel and add alternative oil with flour mixed with baking powder. Knead a dough from which we form small balls (6 gr) that we bake for 20 minutes. on medium heat. When I catch a little color, I'm ready.
When they cool down, Chinese work begins. We start to scoop out all the cookies with the help of a knife tip so that there is a hole left in which to enter the cream. They are very tender and must be worked with great care.
We mix all the scraps obtained from the peaches with the cream, so don't throw it away, we put it in a bowl.
How to prepare cream:
Mix the dry ingredients - flour, cocoa and sugar - over which we add the milk little by little, so as not to make lumps. Put on low heat and mix until it is like a ciulama. Put it aside and add 2 rubbed yolks, mix and put on the fire again adding butter. Mix well, set aside, put finetti for extra taste and rum essence. Mix the cold cream with the grated peel and fill the peaches with it.
For decoration we use bowls in which we put 3-4 tablespoons of milk mixed with a few drops of red, yellow dye.
The rolled balls are rolled in colored milk and then in caster sugar.

Peach cheesecake & # 8211 a simple recipe for a delicious dessert
I recently made a cheesecake with peaches. My kids were fascinated by the delicious taste of this dessert, so I promised to make it every week. The recipe is simple, so it's worth a try.
- 400 gr sour cream, 400 gr peach yogurt
- 250 ml sweet cream for whipped cream
- 30 gr gelatin granules, 100 gr powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons water, 500 g peaches
Method of preparation:
We will start by wallpapering a round tray with food foil. Mix the ground biscuits with margarine (at room temperature) and milk. Then put the mixture obtained on the bottom of the tray and press lightly with your hands.
Put gelatin in a bowl, add water and let it swell. Beat the sweet cream with the mixer, then add the powdered sugar and sour cream and mix everything very well. Finally add the peach yogurt and mix again.
After the gelatin has swelled, put it on the fire and dissolve it. Add 2 tablespoons of the previously prepared cream to the gelatin, then mix well and pour the gelatin into the cream bowl. We mix everything.Cut the peaches and add them to the cream. Pour the filling over the biscuits in the pan. Put the tray in the fridge, and in the meantime prepare the jelly.
Pour the jelly sachet into a bowl. Add sugar and peach juice. Mix well and put the pot on the fire. When the juice heats up (it doesn't have to boil) we take it off the heat.
Pour over the hot cheesecake, from the middle to the edge. Put the tray back in the fridge for 3 hours and then decorate the cheesecake to your liking. Good appetite and increase cooking!

I celebrated Anamaria Nyeki . In Arad, few people do not know Ana. Ana is everywhere. Ana, outrageous young and pretty, has been involved for several years in many activities involving assisting people in need, collecting aid, supporting and promoting people with disabilities, those with Down syndrome and autism. Ana is always surrounded by children and volunteers with whom she makes a wonderful team at the Citadel of Volunteers. A multitude of events are related to its name and the name of the Volunteer Fortress. We collaborated with her in all the charitable actions we had at the Integra & # 8211 Association of People with Mental Disabilities and she helped us all the time without any comment. After I briefly explained the event, he only said & # 8222where and when? & # 8221.
Ana is everywhere, Ana smiles, Ana loves children and children love her. She is extremely creative and soulful. Her name is associated with a multitude of humanitarian and charitable activities, & # 8222Reduce her the chance to go to school & # 8221, & # 8222Baby Basket & # 8221, volunteer activities at pediatric wards for abandoned children and orphanages, awareness activities for autism, Down syndrome, marking the world days of autism, rare diseases, activities to support children in learning the rules of the road & # 8230 and I could insert here a page of events only in the last two years. Ana doesn't miss a thing.
Ana has a good team, both the management of the association and the volunteers (from 10 to 50 years old), all involved with a lot of soul, from small to large in the activities of the association. I admire these people who take their free time to help others without pretending to receive anything in return. However, their work is extremely appreciated and the children's hugs and smiles cannot be evaluated in money, nor their soul satisfaction. Respect VOLUNTEERS!
Ana also organized & # 8222Cofetaria Cetatii & # 8221 where we participated in raising funds for the Integra Association, Ana also helped us at bazaar organized at Integra in 2014 and 2015, but I collaborated extremely well at many other events.
I celebrated Ana yesterday and I couldn't help but bring "something sweet" to this event. I made a cheesecake with peaches, from which the children can eat. I'm glad I was able to be with you, Ana, on this special day!
What other improvements can you make
If you want to give a special note to this homemade dessert, you can choose to ennoble it with a caramel icing. To do this, you will need to dissolve a few tablespoons of brown sugar in a cup of water and grease the preparation near the end of the baking process. You can also add a topping of cream cheese, with powdered sugar and an addition of butter, to which you can give flavor by adding grated orange peel.
Now that the banana bread recipe has turned out to be as simple as you already expected it to be, all you have to do is try it. You will surely pleasantly surprise your family or friends, and with each new attempt, you will discover new ways to prepare it.
Peel the peaches (if they are not made of compote) and cut them into 2 or 4 depending on the size. Place in the tray, in a circle until the tray is full. Whole eggs are mixed with sugar until they become almost white and double in volume, then milk is added and mixed for about 2 minutes, then whipped cream and mixed for 2 minutes, vanilla essence and we can mix, then add sifted flour and mixed with salt and mix for another 3 min. The obtained composition is quite liquid, we pour it over the peaches and put it in the oven for 35 min. When it's ready, take out the tray on a support, dust with powdered sugar (who wants sweeter), let it cool a bit and then in the fridge for another hour. Then cut into slices and eat cold.

Fruit compote preparation & # 8222and random & # 8221 & # 8211 not recommended
Many people make compote like this: put the fruit in jars (big, small, as they will be & # 8230). Put 2-3-4 tablespoons of sugar in each jar (it is not known exactly how much or how much sugar fits in a spoon) then pour cold water from the tap until the jar is full. Close the jars tightly and start shaking them individually until the sugar (called & # 8222melting & # 8221) dissolves.
Then the compotes are boiled at Bain Marie, as explained below. Often the sugar remains undissolved and the degree of sweet-sour of the compotes varies & # 8230 the housewife realizing only in winter that some of them are a bit sour or others a bit sweet. Some even made mold! Let me make them better next year! And the story repeats itself
I leave the ingredients for a 1.7 l jar of peach compote, respectively for 1 kg of weighed peaches after the seeds have been removed.
Hencles recipe for Saxon lychee with butter, eggs, sour cream
Hencles, hanklich or Saxon lychee recipe, a Saxon or Transylvanian pie, made with leavened dough, eggs, butter, sour cream, cheese or semolina, jam, raisins, plums, dried fruits and flavors, a delicious calorie bomb. How to make lychee or hencles? Written and video recipe.
Hencles, lychee or hanklich, whatever we call it, is a dessert specific to the Saxon communities in the Sibiu area, as well as in other villages where Saxons have lived before. Hencles is a dessert, a kind of pie, which was not missing from the Saxon holiday meals. You can learn more about the hencles story here.
Put the tray in the oven at a temperature of 160-170 degrees Celsius, for about 40 minutes. Once upon a time, the Saxons from Sibiu baked lychee in wood ovens, we will bake it on the stove.
Remove the hencles from the oven and let it cool, then we can portion it with vanilla flour powder. Or we can leave it simple, as I did.
And delights. I ate 2 pieces, that wonderful edge, slightly browned & hellipmmmm & # 128578
