Wash the lettuce, drain well and then cut the fidelita, just like the cabbage.
The other vegetables are cleaned, washed, drained well and cut into small pieces. Carrot, celery and gulia are put on the grater with large holes, as well as the boiled egg.
Finely chop the dill and parsley and put them in a bowl in which I put the other chopped vegetables. Season and mix well then all the vegetables. We leave them like this for about 10-15 minutes, after which the salad can be served.
