Creme brulee

We put 200 gr of caramelized sugar in the pan; when it is amber, we pull it off the heat and carefully cover the walls of the pan and let it cool well.

Meanwhile, rub the eggs with the rest of the sugar for a few minutes, add the vanilla essence and the crust and finally add the milk. Stir gently to blend, then pour the composition into the pan with caramel.

Put in the oven at the right heat for about 1 hour and a half, it is best to do the test but the toothpick - if it comes out clean and the composition does not shake, it means that it is baked.

Let the burnt sugar cream cool well, then put it in the fridge until the next day.

Serve with simple appetite or garnished with a word of whipped cream.
