- We need:
- diced telemea (can be replaced with any other type of cheese you like, but can be cut into cubes)
- as much olive oil as it contains
- 1 hot pepper
- a few grapes
- salt
- spices (peppercorns, allspice)
- 1 sprig of rosemary,
- 2 bay leaves,
- thyme, basil - fresh or dried - cumin seeds)

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Telemea in olive oil:
I filled a jar with diced telemeau, between which I interspersed slices of hot peppers, grapes and all the above spices, then I poured olive oil until the telemeau was well covered. I closed the airtight jar and photographed it for you. Everything is left to soak for about 2 weeks, then the cheese can be served ... besides the extremely appetizing image, I assure you that it also has a wonderful taste!
