Kombe - pie with telemea and green onions


In a bowl put warm milk and water, crushed yeast and mix with a spoon until the yeast dissolves.

Let it rest for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add flour, salt and knead until you get a dough that does not stick to your hands.

If necessary, add a little more flour.

We put the telemeau on the grater with large meshes and we cut the green onion tails (previously washed) into small pieces.

The dough obtained is not left to rise at all.

It is divided into 3 equal parts.

Each piece is spread on a very well-floured table, in a sheet as thin as possible.

Put the butter / margarine and oil in a bowl and melt in the microwave.

On the well-floured table we put the first sheet and over it we spread half of the mixture of butter / margarine and oil.

We put the second sheet and evenly spread the grated telemeau and the green onion tails.

Place the third sheet and spread the rest of the butter / margarine evenly, mixed with oil.

It is packaged as in the pictures.

Turn and place in the pan, then cut into portions and leave to rise for 1 hour.

After it has fermented, grease it with a beaten egg.

Put in the preheated oven, over high heat until nicely browned on top, approx. 25-30 minutes.
