Bean soup with pickled cauliflower

  • 1/2 kg white beans
  • a big onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 peppers
  • a tablespoon of broth
  • 300 g smoked kaiser
  • a dry locust hand
  • salt

RECIPE PREPARATION Bean soup with pickled cauliflower:

The beans are chosen and washed well, after which they are inflated in hot water. When it is ready swollen, put water in a large pot, add salt and a drop of oil. When the water starts to boil, add the drained beans. The vegetables are cleaned and washed. Cut small onion into small pieces and place in a pot. Meanwhile, chop the diced carrots and peppers. Add the carrot, and after about 10 minutes add the pepper. When the bean begins to crumble, heat the finely chopped kaiser in a little oil and put it in the pot. In the oil in which we hardened the kaiser, now heat the broth and put it in the soup. After 10 minutes, sprinkle the larch and let it boil together for another 10-15 minutes.

Yesterday I prepared a cauliflower dish with wonderful tomato sauce

You need:
a piece of cauliflower, 4-5 fleshy tomatoes, 3-4 cloves fatter garlic, a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped green parsley.

How I prepared it:
I washed the cauliflower, opened the bouquets and boiled them in water with a little salt, but I didn't let it boil too hard.

I drained the bouquets and placed them nicely in a heat-resistant dish.

I washed the tomatoes, scalded them a little in boiled water, then peeled them and peeled them and chopped them finely. I put them on the fire in a bowl with a tablespoon of olive oil and boiled them a little, then I added the crushed garlic, salt and pepper.

I poured the sauce over the bunches of cauliflower in the heat-resistant dish.
I should have added finely chopped parsley, but my husband doesn't really like greens, so I just put them on my plate when I served it.

I put the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes.

This is fasting food, but on sweet days you can add grated cheese, or cheese, or sour cream.
But it was still very tasty.

What could be tastier than a beef soup full of vegetables? A simple soup, easy to prepare and very versatile due to the wide variety of vegetables that can be added to it.
It is a recipe that my mother used to make, and now I make it with the same pleasure.
With this recipe I participate in the challenge Romanian tradition and gastronomy initiated by Gina Bradea. This month, the host of the challenge is Cristina Iuliana Pana. The theme proposed by her for this month is: Soups / Soups. I decided to choose this soup and thus take full advantage of the fruits of this summer.

3-4 carrots, 1 root parsley, 1 parsnip, 2 red bell peppers, 1 white bell pepper, 2-3 potatoes, 1 celery, 1 onion, 2-3 tomatoes, 500gr beef, salt, a few larch leaves, a bunch of green parsley.
You can add, as you prefer, any other vegetable or vegetable: green beans, cauliflower, zucchini, green peas, kale, cabbage.

Well, dear ones, look, December is coming, the last of the year. We all celebrate the first day of the month, young and old, some in the mountains, others near the house, or everyone as they wish.

How fast this time passes. It's been a long time since I've written on the blog, but that's life. Both good and bad. It was more bad for me, obviously. But time solves them all. And to get over all the upsets, I made my boys their favorite soup. I don't want to brag, but it turned out delicious.

-1,200kg minced pork
-1 onion for soup
-1 large onion for meatballs
-2 carrots
-1 medium celery
-2 handfuls of rice for soup
-2 punches and a half of rice for meatballs
-1 egg for meatballs
-2 tablespoons flour for meatballs
-salt salt
-piper for meatballs
-2 tablespoons top of pepper paste
- tomato juice (everyone puts as much as they want)
-cabbage juice (everyone puts it according to how sour they want it)

First prepare the meatballs as follows: put in the minced meat salt, pepper, an egg, 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 fists and a half of rice, onion given through a small grater,

after which the meatballs are made with an oiled hand. After we finished with the meatballs, we started the vegetables. Peel the onion, carrots and celery, chop the onion,

and we put the carrots and celery on the grater with small holes.

Put a little oil in a pot, heat the vegetables a little

and pour 2.5 liters of water and let it boil for about 20 minutes after which we put the 2 tablespoons of pepper paste, water and the 2 handfuls of rice. Leave for 10 minutes and lightly put the meatballs and let them boil for half an hour.

Add the tomato juice and leave for another 5 minutes. Then add the boiled cabbage juice

and when it boils we turn it off and put the larch (I put dry larch).

Put 3 liters of salted water to boil.

Meanwhile, wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the vegetables smaller, or larger, as you like to eat them in the soup. Cut the beets in half into cubes and grate them in half.

When the water starts to boil, put onions, carrots, parsley root, celery, peppers, bunches of cauliflower, diced red beets, green beans, cabbage (if you have any).

When the vegetables are half cooked, add the diced potatoes and the other half of the beets given by the grater.

After the potatoes are cooked, add the diced tomatoes or tomato juice. (If you do not have tomato juice you can put a tablespoon of broth).

After the tomatoes are cooked, add the borscht. Let it boil for another 2-3 minutes. Taste and if you want sour soup you can add borscht.

Take the pot off the heat and add the finely chopped celery, parsley and larch leaves.

The soup can be served with or without sour cream, if you want a fasting soup.

unsmoked pork bones (with meat to be, as if they are empty is dijaba :))))
4-5 suitable carrots
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1/4 of celery
1 zucchini
4-5 suitable potatoes
200 g sour cream
2 eggs
a spoonful of sour tarragon
borscht, salt, other spices

- Boil the meat well with a little salt and froth well
- Chop onions, peppers, celery
- Carrots are cleaned and put on a large grater

* heat the vegetables with a little water
* when the meat is cooked, we move it to another pot and strain the water in which it boiled
* add the vegetables to the pot and let them simmer
* Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the soup
* when the potatoes are almost cooked, add the peeled zucchini and the core, and cut into cubes and let it boil.
* season to taste, add finely chopped tarragon, borscht and simmer for another 5-10 minutes
* turn off the heat and let the soup rest for 10-15 minutes, during which time we prepare the "training": beat the WHOLE eggs with sour cream, thin with a hot soup polish and add to the pot
* the taste is checked - it is very possible that after training the soup may require the addition of salt or borscht / vinegar
* is served as you like, with hot peppers, without. strained (like my Maia :)) or not. the idea is that it is very good and I thank Silvia for the idea, even if I slightly modified the recipe here and there.

I really liked it, and Maia ate the whole bowl - strained, but it doesn't matter :))

Bean soup

1 kg of beans
2 carrots
1 parsley root
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
2-3 large tomatoes (about 500g)
1 large onion
1/4 small celery
juice from 1 large lemon
a few larch leaves
1 -2 tablespoons oil (olives) for hardening
2 l vegetable soup
green parsley for serving

We clean the bean pods from the tails and tips, then we wash them very well under running water and we break them into 2-3 pieces. We give the carrots through the large grater. Cut the peppers into cubes and heat them together with the carrots.

Boil the tomatoes in hot salted water and peel them, then cut them into cubes. We put in the vegetable soup the bean pods, the hardened vegetables, the whole onion (we prick it with a toothpick from one side to the other), the celery and the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, depending on taste.

Let it boil for 10-15 minutes, then add the lemon juice, the larch leaves and let it boil for another 10 minutes. Taste the soup and add more lemon juice if we want it more sour.

Serve both hot and cold, adding a little green parsley to the plate.
